Roger Plante- Partner
Roger founded Woodbury Partners more than 15 years ago in order to provide basic m&a consulting services to healthcare services companies. While he was the sole proprietor, Woodbury Partners acted as financial advisor to a wide variety of small and mid-market privately held companies that were acquired by publicly held companies.
Roger is currently on sabatical, taking a couple of years off to work for the Peace Corps in South Africa.
Joseph Isola, MPA - Partner
Joe joined Woodbury Partners in 1999 after a highly successful career in healthcare. Most recently, Joe was Chairman and CEO of a privately held $50 million in sales ancillary healthcare services company that he founded. Prior to that, Joe was President & COO of one of the country's leading publicly held diagnostic services companies, with $350 million in sales, for more than ten years.
During his career Joe and his team have raised over $750 million in several different public and private financing endeavors.
Neil C. Herring, MBA - Partner
Neil moved his consulting practice to Woodbury Partners in 2000 in order to expand Woodbury Partners' service offerings. Neil has more than twenty years experience in business operations, corporate finance, IT and business development, Most recently, Neil was founder, Exec. V.P. and CFO for a $50 million in sales VC financed start-up. Prior to that, he held various positions for a $350 million in sales publicly held company, including V.P. for Business Development.
Neil currently provides operations improvement and IT consulting services to several major Boston based healthcare organizations.
Ray Vermette, MBA - Partner
After two years as an affiliate, in September of 2002, Ray became Woodbury Partners' newest partner.Over the years, Ray has held various Operations positions at a both private and publicly held company, including General Manager, V.P, and Senior V.P. .
In addition to short term consulting assignments, Ray steps in to act as interim General Manager or COO for companies in transition.
