Here are just a few examples of due diligence undertakings in which our team has participated:

  - For a VC funded start-up we completed due diligence on a $10 million in Sales institutional
    pharmacy including a review all operational ,financial and customer information.

  - For a VC, performed marketing related due diligence on a start-up healthcare software firm.
 
  - For a VC funded diagnostic laboratory company we peformed a complete review all data
    associated with the acquisition of a $100 million in Sales clinical lab business.

  - For a large publicly held clinical lab business we performed operational reviews of the research
    and clinical labortories of several major teaching hospitals
 
  - In preparation for acquisition we reviewed the financial, operations, customer, and billing
    data of a twenty million dollar imaging company.

  - To assist a hedge fund, with the aid of BMSA, we prepared a complete medical, scientific,
    financial and marketing analysis of a new anti-viral drug that is expected to be a breakthrough
    in the fight against AIDS. The report has since been sold to other institutional investors.
